How to use: Keep them in the covered wrapper you received until ready to use. Do not leave in part of shower that the water hits it constantly, otherwise it will shrink faster. Usually the shower's soap tray is not in the direct path of the soap. Great to use with our bodi scrub cubes then our bodi butta when you get out the shower. Great as gifts.

Javon Jabon utilizes Paypal for secure check out. You do not need to have a paypal account. It accepts all major credit cards in addition to paypal. Paypal keeps your payment information secure. We never receive your credit card information.

SHIPPING
Processing time for all orders is the time we need to prepare, package and ship the order. The processing time is between 1-2 business days. Products are made upon order, there is no large inventory in a warehouse. This is homemade.
Shipping cost is flat rate $6.95 per item. For orders over $69 it is Free Shipping. The shipping time for all orders is the estimated time it will take usps to deliver to your home. Most times depending on locations is 2-4 days.

RETURNS
Since our items are body products we are only allowed to accept returns when you email customer care (javonjabonsoaps@gmail.com) upon 3 days of receipt. We want all our customers to be happy with their purchase, so if you are not satisfied please reach out and let us know your concerns so we can address them.

Conditions of return
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for a full refund if done within 3 days of receipt. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
